Chef pâtissier Tal Spiegel
Tal Spiegel is a pastry chef and an art director with a design degree in his pocket. Tal Spiegel's career has always been between design and patisserie. Two passions that go back to his childhood. After working as an art director in an advertising agency in Tel Aviv, he decided to leave his first life behind and create a new one by moving to Paris to develop his culinary side and study patisserie at the Ferrandi school.
After his studies. Tal trained in some of the best pastry shops in Paris, Gérard Mulot, Boulangerie Utopie... Working with chefs in Paris and around the world gave him the creative impetus to strike out on his own. Today, he works as a consultant and gives master classes around the world. A best-selling author with his first book "Patisserie de Paris" (2017), he published a second one this year, "This is not a recipe book". Tal is also the creator of the instagram account 'Deserted in Paris', which now boasts almost 300,000 followers.
